1965 Cevrolet Impala 2DR HT Street Rod

This Impala had a frame on restoration to stock when I bought it. It had a 327/300hp engine and power glide trans. It was a bench seat car. I have all the original parts. It now has a 406 small block and a TH400 with a Detroit Locker rear end with a 3.90 gear. The engine was built by a local engine shop and makes about 475hp on premium pump gas. The trans was rebuilt with a full manual valve body and has a 10 inch Coan converter. The 12 bolt rear end was rebuilt by DTS with Moser high performance axles. The car is very quick and drives very well, it has manual steering with a new Flaming River steering box. This Impala was totally disassembled and painted separately and then reassembled. It is a show quality paint job.It is the original Aqua color with a small amount of Pearl added. The interior is beautiful with new carpets and mats, and the bucket seats are by Procar that has been cover with the original vinyl material. The engine,engine bay and mechanical details are awesome. It has a Meziere remote water pump the is in the finder,a Comp Cams belt drive and all stainless steel braided lines and hoses. That's to name just a few.There are way too many details to list.
